Welcome to GOODES (UK) LTD's website at uftp.co.uk (the 'Site'). This Site and its supporting operation is managed by GOODES (UK) LTD (registered in England and Wales as Company Number 8723271). Please read the following policies carefully before using the Site. By using the Site, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.


In these policies, the following definitions apply:

"GOODES (UK)" (also referred to as ‘we' and ‘us') means GOODES (UK) LTD trading as GOODES (UK) LTD or as Unique Folding Table Pads and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods to you and any successor to its business, registered in England & Wales No. 8723271 whose registered office is at The Workshop, 41 Compton Street, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 1BX, United Kingdom.

“Site” means GOODES (UK) LTD's online table pad website at www.uftp.co.uk.

"Shop" means GOODES (UK) LTD's mail-order Shop for ordering of table pads located at www.uftp.co.uk

"We and Us" means GOODES (UK) LTD trading as "Unique Folding Table Pads" either alone or together with you, as the context requires;

"Working day", means every day of the year except weekends, scheduled company-wide holiday dates for GOODES (UK) LTD., and English statutory public holidays;

"You" means the person ordering the goods subject to these terms and conditions;

These are the general terms and conditions of GOODES (UK) LTD governing your use of the Site.


1. What you are allowed to do

1.1 Purchase goods from the Shop, provided you accept the Terms of Sale, which will apply to any contract made between you and GOODES (UK) LTD for the purchase and sale of goods from the Shop.

1.2 Browse the Site using a compatible web browser. Permission to browse the Site includes permission to make transient or cached copies of parts of the Site to the extent that this occurs in the normal course of using your browser and that these copies are used only to facilitate current or subsequent access to the Site by you;

8. General and governing law

8.1 GOODES (UK) LTD may change these terms of use from time to time and will endeavour to notify you of any major changes by posting a message on the Site. By browsing the Site you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms of use. Please review this policy each time you use the Site as it is subject to change at any time by GOODES (UK) LTD without notice to you;

8.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between GOODES (UK) LTD and you and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, statements and understandings between GOODES (UK) LTD and you regarding the use of the Site. You agree that you have not relied upon any representation or statement not recorded in these Conditions in entering into this Agreement.

9.3 The failure of GOODES (UK) LTD to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement or the delay by GOODES (UK) LTD in so doing shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. 9.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any dispute arising there from.

We store your data on the secure servers in the UK provided by our hosting company, on the servers of companies we use to analyse web traffic on goodes.co.uk and uftp.co.uk, and on the office automation equipment of GOODES (UK) LTD.

It may also be stored outside of Europe, where it could be viewed by our staff or suppliers.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this.


5. Keeping your data secure

Transmitting information over the internet is generally not completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of your data.

Any data you transmit is at your own risk.

The Site uses reasonable security methods to protect the personal data (e.g., contact details) that resides on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable. GOODES (UK) LTD will only ask you to send personal details by email if it is responding to a query you have sent it online and these details are needed to answer your query properly. GOODES (UK) LTD will never ask you to send any personal details by email unless you have contacted GOODES (UK) LTD first.
